We grow our vegetables based on Hydroponics Farming system which guaranteed adequate nutrients and constant supply round the year. Our priority is always freshness and authenticity

In Canada, the official “Certified Organic” label under the Canada Organic Regime requires crops to be grown in soil. While our hydroponically grown greens are not certified organic, they are grown using a sustainable, pesticide-free approach in a controlled local greenhouse. This method conserves water, eliminates herbicides, and allows us to provide you with fresh, consistent, and nutritious African vegetables year-round, regardless of Winnipeg’s seasons. We are transparent about our farming practices and welcome any questions about how we grow your food.

We deliver across Winnipeg and its surrounding areas (please check our zip code checker at checkout). Deliveries are made on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to ensure peak freshness.

We have a flat delivery fee of $10. The minimum order for delivery is $40. Free delivery is available for all orders over $100.

Extremely fresh. We operate on a “fresh-cut” model. Most greens are harvested, cleaned, and packed within 24-48 hours of your scheduled delivery. They are then transported in climate-controlled conditions.

Your greens are carefully hand-sorted, lightly rinsed (if needed), and packed in breathable, food-grade bags or containers. They are then placed in insulated boxes with ice packs or thermal liners (season-dependent) to maintain the perfect temperature during transit.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with the quality of any item, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo. We will issue a full refund or credit for that item. See our full Return and Refund Policy.
